Lok Min Chian

Lok Min Chian is co-Founder and Managing Director of ESP Consulting. Min Chian first founded ESP Management & Consulting Services in 1996. He built the ESP Consulting brand and presence in Asia through securing strong partnerships with solution principals like SAP and Oracle in Asia and developing a team of dedicated consultants who delivered many successful implementations. Through his leadership, ESP Consulting won many awards with SAP and more importantly, many satisfied customers. Min Chian merged ESP into North Carolina-based Titan Technology Partners in 2008 to expand its services globally. Min Chian continued to head Titan’s APAC operations and extended the Singapore team’s capabilities in hosting and managed services. After Titan’s merger with Velocity Technology Solutions in 2014, Min Chian continued to lead the renamed entity for 2 years before leaving to pursue his love of guiding SMEs and improving cost control and processes as an independent consultant. In this role, he has travelled the region and worked with CFOs to improve process and financial visibility in key industries including wafer fabs in China.
Min Chian is back to restart and accelerate the development of a next generation of dedicated consultants who believe in excellence in their work and are focused on achieving the objectives set in each engagement.
Prior to ESP, Min Chian was Product Manager with consulting and presales responsibilities at SAP Asia for 3 years. Before that, Min Chian worked in Siemens as an Application Specialist and in Coopers & Lybrand as an Auditor. Min Chian holds a Degree in Accountancy and is well versed in Financial, Taxation, Governance and Compliance matters.
Morgan Koh

Business Development
Morgan Koh is co-Founder of ESP Consulting and Vice president of Business Development. With over 23 years of experience in the SAP arena, Morgan brings a mix of technical, customer service and business leadership to the team. At ESP, he is responsible for advancing the company’s strategic objectives and managing the Business development function that drive the success and growth of ESP.
Prior to ESP, Morgan spent 7 years at Velocity Technology Solutions including, most recently as Senior Managing Director, responsible for daily operations, P&L management, and business development. Velocity, with HQ based in Charlotte USA, is a modern managed cloud service provider and implementer of ERP, including SAP, JDE, and Infor.
Before Velocity, Morgan held several roles at midsize organizations and MNCs, including 6 years at General Electric Information services, a B2B exchange that connects trading partners’ ERP systems and has annual transactions of over USD 1 trillion.
Koh Boon Guan

Business Platform and Technology
Koh Boon Guan is co-Founder of ESP Consulting and Director of the Business Platform and Technology division. He is responsible for delivering Technology Solutions, to help customers accelerate their digital transformation and meet modern business challenges.
Prior to ESP, Boon Guan spent over 20 years, with 7 years at Velocity Technology Solutions in the SAP Line of Business as Consulting Director, responsible for SAP project implementation, solution architecting and pre-Sales. Boon Guan led many SAP implementations, roll-outs and systems integration projects, covering a wide range of industries; Engineering Procurement & Construction, Manufacturing, Semi-conductors, Telecommunications, Marine Transportation, Offshore and Shipbuilding & Ship Repair, Real Estate and Securities.
Before Velocity, Boon Guan was a Senior SAP consultant at Singapore Telecom which is the largest Telecommunication company in Singapore.
Toh Sor Lan

Toh Sor Lan is co-Founder of ESP and Director of the Professional Service. She leads the SAP Professional Service practice to deliver Industry specific solutions to help customers standardize, streamline, and integrate business processes, enabling them to achieve their objectives.
Under her care, the practice has developed consultants with a focus on delivering quality consulting work. Consultants have cross-functional knowledge. The solutions are practical and efficient. The customers are satisfied with the outcomes.
Prior to ESP, Sor Lan spent over 23 years in various MNCs implementing and rolling out SAP systems, including most recently with Velocity Technology Solutions where she worked for 7 years as an SAP principal consultant. Sor Lan brings with her a combination of in-depth SAP FICO and Logistics modules expertise, with deep domain knowledge in Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Real Estate Development and High-Tech Industries.
Lau Chin Long

Lau Chin Long the co-Founder of ESP and Director of Client Services. He has over 16 years of experience in SAP Implementation, Application Management and Support. At ESP, Chin Long is responsible for setting up support policies and processes, to help customers achieve the desired operational outcome. As a professional that is committed to customer success, Chin Long emphasizes customer satisfaction through ensuring timely fulfilment of deliverables. He helps customers adopt an optimum managed service model that improves operational efficiency, driving application performance to achieve business success.
Prior to ESP, Chin Long spent over 7 years in Velocity Technology Solutions, including most recently as an SAP Senior Manager, responsible for Project Management, Managed Services and Solutioning. During his tenure with Velocity, Chin Long led various SAP implementations, roll-outs and integration projects, covering industries such as Engineering Procurement & Construction, Manufacturing, Semi-conductors, Marine Transportation and Offshore, Shipbuilding & Repair.
Before Velocity, Chin Long was a Software Engineer in System Development, followed by a career as an SAP Consultant that started in 2005.
Simon Tay

Security and Analytics
Simon currently heads up Security and Analytics as a Practice Lead. Having worked more than 20 years in the IT industry, Simon has built experience in enterprise system security and business analytics. He works with solutions and partners to design and manage a secure environment for our clients. His experiences in implementing enterprise resource planning solutions and in providing managed services help ensure that the security implementations are practical and sensible. His analytics background provides for good security data constructs that facilitate better assessment of vulnerabilities.
When not bothered by security challenges, Simon leads the Analytics practice to provide businesses with efficient data collection and analysis.
Prior to joining ESP, Simon held various leading consulting roles at Hypercube Consulting, Deloitte Consulting, HP and Triaton.
