As a senior in our Professional Services practice, you will be expected to show leadership in the application areas you are most proficient in. You should be able to build, conduct demonstrations, trainings, independently engage with clients for solutioning and lead a group of consultants in implementations. As a senior in our Managed Services practice, you will be expected to be responsive and show leadership in guiding our clients in their effort to improve their implemented solution. You should be able to develop and conduct training, independently engage with clients for solutioning and lead a group of consultants in supporting the applications implemented. As a senior, we would expect you to have at least 5 years of implementation and support experience with some knowledge (more importantly, interest) in specialty areas.
